An affiliate of Shamin Hotels has bought the Berry-Burk building in downtown Richmond. The 525 Grace LLC acquired the four-story building at Sixth and Grace streets for $4.6 million, said Neil Amin, president and CEO of Shamin Hotels, the Richmond region’s largest hotel operator. The deal closed July 8.
