Richmond digital marketing agency and ChamberRVA member, Xponent21, completed a study of productivity after shifting to a 32-hour workweek. Data showed that the team experienced a 38% increase in productivity in terms of tasks completed per employee on average from 2019 to 2020 after implementing the four-day workweek. Mid-level team members saw increases in productivity grow by as much as 67%.
