Exploring Greenville: A Blueprint for Regional Success

The 2025 ICV will explore the key factors that have fueled Greenville’s growth and success. Our agenda is packed with insightful discussions, boots on the ground tracks, and candid conversations with the city’s top leaders. From innovative economic development strategies to transformative public-private partnerships, we’ll gain firsthand knowledge of what sets Greenville apart.

Each session is designed to spark ideas, foster collaboration, and provide actionable takeaways that can help shape the future of our own region. Get ready for an immersive experience filled with inspiration, learning, and meaningful connections. View the agenda here.

Optional Friday Activity: BMW Performance Center Experience
The BMW driving program consists of four exciting and challenging driving sessions on the Performance Center course, along with instructional sessions. The program begins at 9:00 am (breakfast included), and includes the "free flow" driving program, "hot lap taxi rides" with a professional instructor, followed by an optional lunch. This activity will have an additional fee of $150. Sponsors will have complimentary seat(s), based on the sponsorship level. Please let us know on the registration form if you would like to participate. Tentative schedule:

9:00AM-Arrivals and welcome/introduction to the professional driving instructors and review of the morning driving exercises (Breakfast is available upon arrival)
9:45- Drivers to cars for the start of the “free flow” driving program (think of going to Disney with a Fast Pass)
Noon- “Hot lap taxi rides” with professional instructors
12:15PM- Recap of day’s driving sessions, awards, and a BMW hat
12:30- Lunch in the M Bistro
1:30- Departures

The 2025 InterCity Visit to Greenville, SC brings together a dynamic group of leaders from across our region, representing a diverse range of industries and companies. These forward-thinking professionals—spanning business, government, education, and nonprofit sectors—are united by a shared commitment to driving economic growth, fostering innovation, and strengthening our community.

Please note Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights at the hotel are included in your participation fee. You do not need to make your own reservations – ChamberRVA will do this on your behalf.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm, and check-out is 12:00 noon.
If you wish to stay at the hotel before or after the trip, please indicate when you register for the ICV using the online form. We are limited to our room block and extra nights will be given on a first-come, first-served basis at our group rate of $261 (including taxes and fees). Extra nights are not included in the trip cost and will need to be paid to the hotel upon arrival.

Invitation to participate: Interest in the annual InterCity Visits has grown significantly in recent years. Due to logistical limitations, this year we will adhere to our previously established participation guidelines:

Grow Level member companies and above: up to 2 seats
Nonprofit members (at a membership level below Grow): 1 non-transferable seat for the CEO/Executive Director
ChamberRVA Board of Directors members: 1 non-transferable seat
Financial sponsors of the ICV: 1 seat

Registration Fee: The fee of $3,850 includes your hotel room on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights, group meals, transportation to and from excursions, and all receptions. You are responsible for your own flight and for hotel costs for any nights outside of our included nights. March 14, 2025 is the registration cut-off date, and your payment must be received by then. No refunds after the registration cut-off date or for partial participation in the trip.
