ChamberRVA Announces Six Finalists for the 2017 IMPACT Awards

Richmond, VA – ChamberRVA is pleased to announce the six company finalists of the 2017 30th Annual IMPACT Awards Celebration Dinner, presented by Altria.
The IMPACT Awards recognize businesses that are making the greatest impact on their employees, community and the region. The awards are made up of two categories: Small Business, indicating a business of 149 employees or fewer, and Large Business, indicating a business of 150 employees or more. Finalists are selected by a committee of local business and community leaders. The 2017 IMPACT Award winners will be announced at the celebration dinner on November 15, 2017 at the Richmond Marriott Downtown.
The 2017 small business category finalists are:
CarLotz, Inc.
CarLotz is a consignment store for cars with three stores in Virginia that inspect, clean, photograph and list customer vehicles on major car buying websites for a flat fee. CarLotz manages all buyer inquiries and test drives at its retail stores and offers a wide selection of vehicles.
Compare.com
Compare.com is a Glen Allen-based car insurance comparison website. It is the largest in the country, having provided insurance quote comparisons to more than 17 million people nationally. They have partnered with over 100 insurance brands to provide real-time, accurate quotes to consumers.
The Fahrenheit Group
The Fahrenheit Group is a consulting and professional services firm that helps growth oriented organizations overcome their most challenging hurdles to success. Fahrenheit focuses in key practice areas – Accounting and Finance, Business Advisory, Human Resources and Executive Search which include interim, fractional, project consulting and direct hire services for clients across multiple industries.
