Richmond Region Tourism and BLK RVA are proud to announce the nominees of the Rooted and Rising BLK RVA Community Awards. The BLK RVA Community Awards, presented by Wells Fargo, are a true celebration of the history, resilience, innovation, and economic impact of the Black community in the Richmond Region. This event is a powerful testament to Black excellence, showcasing the achievements and contributions that continue to shape our vibrant cultural landscape.
Public voting will begin June 23 at 12:01am and ends on July 25 at 11:59 pm. Winners will be honored at the BLK RVA Community Awards at the Hippodrome Theater on August 22. Purchase Tickets Here!
Casting Votes
Individuals can vote online through the official voting platform. The number of times a person can vote is not limited, allowing participants to support their favorite nominees by voting as frequently as they wish.
