Volunteers

Volunteer Opportunities:

  • Navigators – High Need – Navigators stay with a student group and escort them through all zones of the exhibit.
  • Zone Volunteers – High Need – Zone volunteers stay in one zone of the exhibit and help exhibitors and students.
  • Runners  – Provide essential support by filling in on general requests.
  • Welcome Crew – Welcome students to event and hand out leis used to distinguish groups.
  • Food Service – Help with lunch service for exhibitors and volunteers.
  • Volunteer Check-In – Greet volunteers and sign them in.
  • Evening Session Volunteers – Help guide students and families through the zones of the exhibit.
  • Bus Greeters – Bus Greeters welcome students on their bus after they’ve arrived and parked, providing an overview of the day and expected outcomes.
  • Exhibitor Check-In – Volunteers at the Exhibitor Check-In Table greet exhibitors and provide them with pertinent information and materials.
  • Evening Session Spanish Translators – Assist Spanish speaking students and families in communicating with exhibitors and understanding directions for the Evening Session.
