Senior Housing Transactions Attorney Benny Winkelmann Joins Williams Mullen in Richmond

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Benjamin M. Winkelmann has joined the firm’s Senior Housing Transactions Team as an associate in the Richmond office.

Winkelmann represents public and private companies in corporate and transactional matters, with an emphasis on the senior housing industry. He assists with acquisitions and dispositions of senior housing facilities, due diligence, transaction documentation, and other transactional and regulatory matters. Before joining the firm, he served as a Utilities Attorney in the Office of General Counsel at the Virginia State Corporation Commission, where he gained experience advising on complex legal and regulatory issues.

Winkelmann earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Cincinnati.
