Qualifications
Participation is limited. To apply, you must have support from your corporation, organization or association, and you must be:

Be an emerging leader with a desire to grow personally and professionally and be more actively engaged in the Richmond community (with approximately 10 or less years of experience)

Be career-driven with a strong focus on leadership development.

Be prepared to actively engage with your team throughout the duration of the program, in and out of sessions.

Commitment, Schedules & Fees
Commitment
The program requires all participants to be available for 8 2-hour sessions between September 10 - December 3, plus a kickoff and closing celebration. All meetings will take place after business hours between 5:30 – 7:30 pm, and most meetings are scheduled on Wednesdays. If you have a scheduled conflict with one of the dates below, please indicate this on your application so we can place you in the correct class. Note that if you miss more than the allowed total of 1 planning session and 1 Leadership Unscripted session, you will be asked to leave the program.

Fees
There is a $825 program fee which includes an in-depth strengths assessment and facilitated interpretation throughout. There will be NO REFUNDS once payment is received. Partial scholarships are available. Your employer may pay some or all of your participation fee.
