Hotel: Renaissance Phoenix Downtown Hotel, 100 North 1st Street, Phoenix, AZ 85004
Please note Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights at the hotel are included in your participation fee. You do not need to make your own reservations – ChamberRVA will do this on your behalf.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm, and check-out is 11:00 a.m.
If you wish to stay at the hotel before or after the trip, please indicate when you register for the ICV using the online form. We are limited to our room block and extra nights will be given on a first-come, first-served basis at our group rate of $293 (including taxes and fees). Extra nights are not included in the trip cost and will need to be paid to the hotel upon arrival.
Trip attendees will be responsible for making their own travel arrangements to and from Phoenix.
Recommended Arrival Time – Please plan to arrive in Phoenix no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 5. Flights arrive at the PHX Sky Harbor Airport, which is about 5 miles from the hotel, and accessible using the light rail system (~20 minute ride, departing every 12 minutes).
Recommended Departure Time – Our programming will conclude after the reception and dinner on the evening of Thursday, May 7. Participants may leave at their leisure on Friday, May 8, and the hotel's check-out time is 11:00 am. Phoenix is accessible to nearby Flagstaff, Sedona, and the Grand Canyon. If you'd like to stay a few extra days, or bring a spouse/significant other, you can indicate that using the online form.
Invitation to participate: Interest in the annual InterCity Visits has grown significantly in recent years. Due to logistical limitations, this year we will adhere to our previously established participation guidelines:
Grow Level member companies and above: up to 2 seats
Nonprofit members (at a membership level below Grow): 1 non-transferable seat for the CEO/Executive Director
ChamberRVA Board of Directors: 1 non-transferable seat
Financial sponsors: 1 seat
Registration Fee: The fee of $3,950 includes your hotel room on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights, group meals, transportation to and from excursions, and all receptions. You are responsible for your own flight and for hotel costs for any nights outside of our included nights. March 13, 2026 is the registration cut-off date, and your payment must be received by then. No refunds after the registration cut-off date or for partial participation in the trip.
