The Regional Legislative Breakfast is RVA's kick-off to the 2026 General Assembly session. Please join ChamberRVA members, legislators, and local officials for breakfast on Tuesday, December 2. The event will be held at Troutman Pepper, Locke, 1001 Haxall Point, 15th Floor, Richmond, VA 23219.
Come spend some time interacting with Capital Region legislators and local elected officials from the City of Richmond, the Counties of Charles City, Chesterfield, Goochland, Hanover, Henrico, New Kent and Powhatan, and the Town of Ashland. We will get a preview of the upcoming legislative session from area legislators — Democratic Senator Lamont Bagby and Republican Delegate Scott Wyatt. We will also have ample opportunity to mingle and interact with our region's state and local officials.
