ColonialWebb Introduces New Brand Identity

Earlier this week, we introduced a new ColonialWebb brand identity to our leadership team, and now I’m excited to share it with all of you.
 
This brand is not about changing who we are. It’s about more clearly expressing who we’ve always been and the kind of company we want to continue building together.
 
Over the past year, we’ve spent time reflecting on what makes ColonialWebb special. The answer kept coming back to our people, the pride we take in our work, and the trust we build through our actions every day.
 
What came out of this process was not a reinvention of ColonialWebb. It was a clearer articulation of what has already been true for a long time:

  • Respect for people
  • Pride in craftsmanship
  • A commitment to doing the right thing
  • A belief that trust is earned through our actions

 
Our new brand promise, Built to Earn Your Trust, reflects the values and behaviors that have defined ColonialWebb for generations and the standard we hold ourselves accountable to every day.
 
The work we do matters. The hospitals, schools, data centers, offices, and communities we help build and maintain impact people’s lives every day. More importantly, it is how we treat one another while doing that work.
 
Over the coming weeks, you’ll begin seeing the new logo. But the most important part of this brand has nothing to do with graphics or colors. It’s the people who bring it to life every day.
 
This brand belongs to every person at ColonialWebb. Whether you work in the field, in manufacturing, or in the office, you are what makes this company special.
 
Throughout June, Nathan and I will be visiting with you to share more. We want every teammate to hear directly from us about where we’re headed and the role each of us plays in bringing this brand to life every day.
