HYPE Mentorship Program (Fall 2026 Launch)
The HYPE Mentorship Program is designed to take professional growth beyond networking by creating meaningful, ongoing connections between young professionals and experienced leaders in the Richmond region. This program connects participants through authentic, real-world guidance focused on career development, confidence-building and long-term professional success.
Program Purpose
- Expands professional development beyond events
- Builds deeper relationships within the HYPE network
- Supports career growth through guidance and accountability
- Creates a more connected and inclusive professional community in Richmond
Who It’s For
Mentees: Young professionals focused on workplace confidence, communication, career navigation and leadership growth
Mentors: Experienced professionals who are authentic, supportive, and willing to share real career experiences and guidance
Program Format
- 3–6 month mentorship experience
- Mentor/mentee pairing
- Monthly check-ins
- Kickoff and closing sessions
- Light structure with prompts provided
