The YRichmond program makes an important connection between the region’s millennial talent and all that Richmond has to offer. Interns and college graduates are vital to the health and growth of the region. YRichmond shows them why Richmond is a fantastic place to live, work and stay.
The success of the YRichmond program is a community effort. If you would like to help plan events that promote Richmond to millennial talent and would like to be recognized as an individual or organization that supports the young professional community, please consider participating in this year’s YRichmond program.

To many, Richmond is just the city we live in. Programs like YRichmond invite you to truly understand the creativity, history, and culture present in this remarkable community. The companies that support us and the interns who engage with us are ultimately contributing to the success of the Richmond region as a whole by spreading the word and retaining top talent. This continuous cycle of education and retention is key to the region’s success, as are the volunteers and partners that help make it happen. YRichmond and the Chamber extend our thanks and appreciation for supporting this program and making it a great source for our region’s emerging leaders.
The events really broke down the city in a way that made it easier to get to know Richmond without getting overwhelmed. I experienced a lot of things that I probably wouldn’t have had the chance to without this program.
YRichmond connects individuals from a variety of backgrounds and forms professional relationships in a casual setting.
