Vandeventer Black partner, Neil S. Lowenstein, was elected to the Hampton Roads Utility and Heavy Contractors Association (HRUHCA) Board of Directors for 2021. HRUHCA is a forty-year-old, regional, heavy construction trade association operating in the Southeastern “Tidewater” area of the Commonwealth.

Neil is a member of Vandeventer Black’s Construction and Government Contracts law practice group. He is active in numerous construction trade associations, where he has served in leadership positions.
