Richmond-based Union Bank & Trust is kicking off an advertising campaign that debuts during the Super Bowl game between the Atlanta Falcons and the New England Patriots. The new TV ads, created by Richmond-based West Cary Group, are part of Union Bank’s new advertising and marketing campaign that will include newspaper and digital advertising.
