Sands Anderson PC announced Danielle J. Wang has joined the Firm as Counsel in its Richmond office. Wang, who joins Sands Anderson’s Commercial Real Estate and Community Associations teams, is an experienced real estate lawyer who handles all aspects of commercial real estate acquisition and disposition, development, and investment.

Wang’s experience spans the entire real estate process. She works with lenders, businesses, builders, and international investors, and she has particular experience negotiating and drafting contracts, loan documents, and leases for complex real estate matters. Her experience also extends to counseling real estate investors and resolving complex title, land use, and zoning issues.

As a member of Sands Anderson’s Community Associations team, Wang will also work with associations, and developers, builders, management companies, and lenders for common interest communities. In this capacity, she will provide counsel, draft and negotiate contracts and loan documents, draft and interpret covenants and restrictions, and resolve disputes.
