Law Firm Launches KVCF Solutions for Government Relations and Economic Development
The law firm of Kaplan Voekler Cunningham & Frank PLC announced the formation of KVCF Solutions, LLC, a full service government relations practice offering state lobbying, local government affairs, regulatory affairs, and economic development consulting. Stephen E. Baril, a shareholder of the law firm and a former candidate for the Republican nomination for Virginia Attorney General, will manage the day-to-day operations of the government relations subsidiary.
“KVCF Solutions is part of a commitment to our clients in Virginia and across the country to provide a full slate of services that further their business objectives in Virginia,” said Robert R. Kaplan, Jr., the law firm’s Managing Partner for Practices. “Our work in capital markets, business litigation and real estate has a natural synergy with our government relations practice clientele, and the new subsidiary will allow us to attract new clients and talent in this arena.”
“We are excited about KVCF Solutions and the opportunities it will provide to grow our government relations practice,” Baril said. “With longstanding relationships with leaders in the House and Senate, as well as local government, and among both parties, we have a solid foundation to build upon. We’re also gratified by the support from other members of the lobbying corps.”
