Hayden Roberts is a Staffing Specialist within the Talent Acquisition team at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. At the Fed, Hayden is also treasurer for an employee resource network promoting women in the workplace and serves as the liaison for a group of 10 Fed young professionals and HYPE. Her career with the Fed began when she an intern in the summer of 2014 and it just left its mark. In her spare time, she loves to read, eat and cheer on her Hokies in football! She graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelors in Communication and a focus in Public Relations.
