ChamberRVA is seeking a person who will lead and execute leadership offerings including the Young Professional programming and events, two important leadership programs and coordinate other leadership related programs for ChamberRVA members and the business community throughout the Richmond region. The Program Manager, Leadership & Engagement will work closely with the VP Community Engagement & Resource Development to drive strategic direction and develop programming for ChamberRVA while being responsible for developing and achieving respective monetary goals.
The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, eager to be part of a team of hard-working and passionate professionals, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects at the same time.
