Law Firm Launches KVCF Solutions for Government Relations and Economic Development

The law firm of Kaplan Voekler Cunningham & Frank PLC announced the formation of KVCF Solutions, LLC, a full service government relations practice offering state lobbying, local government affairs, regulatory affairs, and economic development consulting. Stephen E. Baril, a shareholder of the law firm and a former candidate for the Republican nomination for Virginia Attorney General, will manage the day-to-day operations of the government relations subsidiary.
